Assistance required for any of the products or checkout process?
Colors – We make sure that images are as real as possible without any special effects. But colors slightly vary on various screens (mobiles / laptops /desktops). Most creations are handmade and so they might slightly differ from the image. Natural stones might have shade differences too. Dimensions – For most of the products, sizes will be mentioned in detail. Please refer to the size, description and material section on the product specific pages that get opened after you click on the product image. If you do not see size details or have any queries around the size, please reach out to us before confirming the order and we will help you with the exact size details at the earliest possible. How do I track my order?
If you're a logged in user, simply head to the ‘Track Order’ section in the footer to track your order. Also, you will get a notification email within 24 hours of shipping the product.

Where is my order processed from?
Orders are processed from our operational center in Delhi, India.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

At VLJ, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national & international couriers.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code and a landmark nearby. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Shipping terms and conditions

1. Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
2. For domestic & international orders we only partner with reputed courier services like dhl, fedex, dtdc etc.
3. All our orders domestic as well as international will be insured by us from our carrier at the time of shipment.

PAYMENTS

a. What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions through PayU, and Paytm payment gateways:
1. Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Rupay
2. Net Banking - all major banks
3. Debit Cards - all major banks
4. UPI (BHIM, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Phone Pe etc.)
5. Wallets (PayTM etc.)
b. What are the accepted payment methods for cards used outside India?

If you are paying with a card issued outside India, please use PayPal as the payment gateway to complete your purchase.
It does not matter whether delivery address is in India or outside India if the card is issued outside India. There could be some lag in processing the order if you order through PayPal gateway. In case of any issues, please reach out to us on our helpline +91 9654648848 (Voice / WhatsApp).

c. What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, you may call us on our helpline number +91 9654648848 and we will help resolve the matter.

DELIVERY CHARGES

1. We do deliver in most countries outside India that are serviced by our shipping partners FedEx and DHL etc.
2. The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking.
3. Orders are usually delivered within 15 business days
4. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Cancellation policy
Order once placed cannot be cancelled if dispatched.

Return & Refund Policy
In the odd case that you do not love your our products, here is our policy on returns:
1. Eligible products can only be returned within 10 days after the delivery date.
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 12 hours of receiving your order.
3. Our Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
4. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days in same account from where amount was received.
